Working in partnership with Dallas ISD, the Dallas Education Foundation advances literacy by investing in innovative programs and resources that strengthen reading and learning opportunities for students. This includes helping students build home libraries with culturally relevant, engaging books of their choice, supporting experiences that encourage reading and literacy development, and creating greater access to the tools students need to become confident readers. By extending literacy beyond the classroom and into the home, we aim to foster a lifelong love of reading while strengthening family engagement through shared reading experiences.
